Six Months Certificate Course on Baking & Confectionary Art
As the name suggests, Bakery and Confectionery courses are designed to teach students about baking, dessert making, pastry, cookies, patisserie etc. Bakery and Confectionery is a specialization that comes under Culinary Arts. This course is designed for individuals who have the curiosity to learn & cook or who wants to be an entrepreneur or wants to opt careers with the bakery industries & best pastry shop. In this course, students are taught basic, intermediate and advanced Pastry & Baking techniques. The curriculum is practical hands on and we also include theoretical subjects such as Pastry, Bakery & Confectionery Commodities, Food Hygiene & Sanitation and Costing. Our senior most faculty members with international exposure & experienced chef from bakery division lead the students through the course.

- 1st part (24 classes) – Basic
- 2nd part (20 classes) – Advanced
Students will give demonstration of their learning in last 4 classes

ENROLMENT
Application form : The application form for the Six Months Certification Course in Pastry, Confectionery & Bakery can be availed directly at the Academy’s Administration Office. The application form has a fee of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Indian Rupees Only) payable in cash or through Bank Transfer.
Selection: After all application forms are submitted, candidates that meet our entry criteria will be interviewed online. Date will be intimated as and when it is finalized. Only 30 candidates will be enrolled once in a year in the month of April/May. We wish you all the best!
CURRICULUM
The Six Months duration will include 75% of practical hands-on training and 25% theory. The course will have a minimum of 48 classes of Instruction. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the curriculum covered in the Six Months Certification in Pastry, Confectionery & Bakery.
