A Grievance Redressal Committee has been established in the college, comprising the following members, to address and resolve the genuine concerns of students, faculty/staff, and parents. The objective is to ensure a harmonious and healthy relationship among all stakeholders. The grievance redressal mechanism is outlined below: 

• Complainants can submit their grievances either in writing to the committee or through the online grievance redressal portal available on the college website at www.dsmsindia.org or may be submitted through grivences@dsmsindia.org
• The committee convenes meetings to review and resolve the grievances and subsequently submits its recommendations to the Head of the Institute.
